Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Marketing and Development Services

Refunds are not available for marketing or development services that have been rendered. Once a service has been provided, all associated costs are considered final and non-refundable.


2. Digital Assistant and Pathos AEO Memberships

Refunds for Digital Assistant and Pathos AEO Memberships are available on a prorated basis. If you cancel your membership before the end of the billing cycle, we will calculate and issue a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.


3. Other Agreements

For all other services and agreements, the terms of refunds or returns adhere strictly to the contractual terms set out at the beginning of our relationship or project with the client. These terms are agreed upon and documented prior to the commencement of work.
