By using our services, you agree to:

- Not engage in any activity that could harm our systems, services, or reputation.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees for marketing, development, and other services are due as outlined in your contract.
- Payments for Digital Assistant and Pathos AEO memberships are recurring unless canceled.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Marketing and Development Services: No refunds are provided for rendered services.
- Memberships: Prorated refunds are available for canceled Digital Assistant and Pathos AEO memberships.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and systems provided by Golden Path Digital remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
Golden Path Digital is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Losses due to client misuse, delays, or third-party actions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if these terms are violated or if we deem it necessary for business integrity.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Arkansas.
10. Changes to Terms
Golden Path Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with an updated “Effective Date.”
